Is the large deflection of the shelf at a width of 120 cm a problem?
When the load is evenly distributed (e.g. in boxes), the deflection is within the norm and does not affect functionality. However, we do not recommend it for heavy point loads such as aquariums or motors without additional reinforcement of the shelf with a board.
Can 3 standard crates fit on the shelf?
Yes. With a width of 120 cm, you can comfortably place three standard crates (typically 40 cm wide) side by side, making it an extremely efficient storage solution.
What is the difference between zinc and varnish?
This galvanized version offers maximum corrosion protection and is ideal for damp areas (basements, garages). The varnish is more aesthetic and more suitable for clean interiors.
